Global Leader (Director+) of
Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing

The Position

As the Leader of Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing, you will lead a team of Demand Generation specialists in developing and be hands on in executing Theta Lake’s growth and digital marketing strategy. You will create comprehensive campaigns and leverage data-driven decision-making to engage enterprise prospects and customers. Collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will develop go-to-market plans that deliver outstanding results. This strategic leadership role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, demand generation, and operations and a proven track record of driving business growth. This role reports into the SVP of Global Marketing.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop full-funnel, multi-channel demand generation and growth strategies to drive significant pipeline and revenue growth in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Own and optimize the digital and performance marketing strategy across various paid channels throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Create and execute the website strategy, with a focus on SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Develop account-based marketing strategies to engage target accounts in partnership with Sales
  • Plan and execute global integrated campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing, Content, Partner, and Events Marketing to acquire, engage, and nurture prospects and customers
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and leverage data-driven decision-making to drive growth
  • Oversee the nurture process across digital properties to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on lead qualification and pipeline management processes
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide marketing effectiveness, owning key metrics and KPIs linked to business goals like pipeline growth and ROI
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to influence decisions within the go-to-market organization
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging key marketing tools and technology
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new demand creation opportunities and address market challenges
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, contributing as both a leader and team member

Compensation

$175,000/year to $220,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location and market conditions. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include commission, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.   • Minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation/performance/ digital marketing leadership roles, preferably focused on enterprise segments
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels of the organization – both internally and externally
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
